Highly recommend Correct Roofing & Construction Inc.  Sammy & his crew did a great job replacing my roof. It's a well-organized & efficiently run operation.  In and out in 2 days plus one more for the gutters because they were on back-order from the manufacturer. He took his time explaining what needed to be done and was always available via cell/text which is important because I travel for work and unavailable during regular hours.

Exceptional service is what comes to mind when talking about Correct Roofing. Sam and Ginny have created a company that is a throwback to when customer satisfaction was the norm not the exception.

That is the reason for this review. We are senior citizens and this is the only review that we have ever written.

It all started with a door hanger (the only one that we did not just toss in the trash immediately). What piqued our interest was a copy of their business license issued by the state and a note saying “We noticed you have defective organic shingles on your roof. We can assist you with getting money back from the manufacturer and filing a claim with your insurance company to get your roof replaced.”

We called and Ginny answered immediately.  Ginny’s pleasant demeanor and professionalism prompted us to make an appointment with Sam. Sam came to our house the next day to explain their process of replacing our roof and explained how their private adjuster, Melissa (family member), would contact our insurance company to file a claim and work with their adjuster. Due to Melissa’s efforts our insurance claim was approved very quickly and a date was set for the installation.

Don (family member) showed up at the appointed time with six trucks and twelve men to tear off our old roof and install the new roof. They were finished within four hours with everything including the cleanup of our yard. Don had that crew operating like a well oiled machine. Everyone was professional, pleasant and efficient.

Laura (family member) worked with us to file the claim with the manufacturer of our old shingles.  We cannot thank her enough for all of the help that she gave us.

All in all, this was a painless process. They handled everything for us with our insurance company, getting the building permit from the village and even removing our old DirecTV mount.

If you need a new roof, just call Correct Roofing for a job done PROFESSIONALLY by an old fashioned company that cares.

Called Sam with a roof repair job needed as a result of a home inspection. They were out the next day with 4 guys and had it done within hours. Absolutely perfect job, even went above and beyond to make sure all issues were taken care of. A super reasonable price, too. Found out they do more than roofs, so we are having them take a look at more work we need done when we get into the new house. Many thanks to the crew, as it was in the 90's when they were up there!

We had a lot of minor issues around our home that we had been ignoring and decided it was time to face them. One of them involved deteriorating wood. We had it pretty bad in our porch posts and many of our window sills. We were considering repair but decided on replacement. CRC did a fantastic job for us. We’re going to have them out to take care of other issues we are identifying soon.

Very professional family owned company. They did an excellent job with replacing my roof and replacing any molding that was rotting. I ask also for them to install rodent deterrent covers. Some of which were custom made. Great job!

My mother in law had her house done last summer and the house looks great, they were very professional, cleaned up the yard very thoroughly. They got everything done within a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. We called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and Mr. Biggs came out and assessed our home and found that we had storm damage. He helped us through the complete process of filing our claim with the Insurance company. Thanks to Mr. Biggs and his team, we got out roof, siding and gutters replaced and our home looks amazing. If you need your roof replaced Correct Roofing and construction are the ones you should use supper nice people got the job done in one day had the whole yard cleaned up as if it never happened nice work looked over the roof and no problems at all you should defanatly us them

I originally used Correct Roofing and Construction to replace the roof on my house. I was amazed at the time and care they took to do the job perfectly. That was last fall (2018). This spring I had CRC remodel an old screen porch into a 3 season room and a deck addition. There is just no good way to explain how happy I am with the results! The work was completed quickly and the quality not only of the work but of the carpenters, painters, electrician was way beyond my expectations. I would recommend CRC to anyone who wants the best possible result whether it is a roof, room addition, or any other construction needs. I feel as though I have made friends for life!

My new roof is far superior to my old one. All of the workers were friendly, polite and professional. Sam helped me negotiate the steps needed for my hail insurance claim. I rarely hire people to work on my home preferring to handle most jobs myself. In this case, I am grateful that I hired Correct Roofing. It has been over a year since my new roof was installed and I have had no more water issues and lowered heating and cooling bills. The work on my home was well worth a five star rating.

I recommend Correct Roofing. Here’s why: My brother-in- law added an addition to his classic Georgian house that he had tremendous pride in. He wanted the slate tiles and copper gutters to match up with the architecture of the house. It was Correct Roofing that was able to do so. They matched up perfectly the type and color of the slate and also custom make the copper gutters. My brother-in-law couldn’t have been more pleased. So it was a no brainer for me to choose Correct Roofing when I needed a roof, especially when considering their competitive bid. What I didn’t expect was the expert help I got from Correct Roofing’s owner - Sam Biggs, in dealing with the insurance co. (a big money saver). In addition, Sam’s foreman, Don was courteous and knowledgeable; answering questions along with keeping a watchful eye the entire time on the obviously expert roofers. I couldn’t have been more pleased! My father, was a successful businessman, who used to say that “if you take care of your customers, they will take care of you” - which is the reason for my recommendation - Correct Roofing took good care of me.
